买家在承运方送达货物时,请务必当着快递员的面验收,当面验货,确保外观没有任何断裂、分解、包装完好、货物的数量和发货单数量吻合,如有问题，可当场拒签退回，然后按照快递单上我们的电话即时联系我们退换货,如签收后，（无论是他人代签收或是您本人签收）卖家可不理此后异议，此后产品破损,数量差异等问题要求退换不予处理（因为无第三方客观标准证明属于谁的问题）。所以请各位买家收货时花几分钟检查好。

收到商品后，请立即试用，如有任何问题，请马上与我们联系，我们会第一时间为您处理；在您签收之日起3天内，如是商品存在质量问题，退换货邮费由商家承担。 非质量问题，且商品外观没有划痕、污渍，包装完好。附件齐全，不影响二次销售的，也可进行退换货，退换货邮费由买家承担。 卖家包邮或赠送礼品的情况下，退换货同时要全部返还给卖家。 注：买家退换货时，请勿使用平邮，或本商城规定（或双方商定）以外的快递以及货到付款的形式返回，我们会一律拒收。请您先行垫付邮费，在我们收到您的退件并检查商品确实完好后，我们会将我们本该支付邮费打到您的支付宝账户上。

闪光灯自购买之日起一年内免费保修。用户按照说明书准确操作使用状态下，闪光灯出现故障，请与我们联系，将商品返回客户服务中心，运费由买家承担。

易损品如闪光灯外壳、热靴破损等不保，永诺闪光灯灯头折弯处的厂家封贴纸破损，视为放弃质保。

未按产品使用说明的要求正确使用、维护、保管而造成的损坏，或因碰撞、进水、不适当存放等因素所造成的损坏，或私自拆机进行修理、改造、拆装而造成的损坏，不在保修范围内。

因为使用原厂附件或符合标准的消耗品（充电电池、LED灯珠、闪光管、闪光灯附件等）或由于天灾等人为不可抗力之自然灾害、异常电压等外部原因引起的故障，不在保修范围。

产品附件，如电源线、连闪线、触发器等，或易耗品，如灯珠、按键、开关等，不在保修范围。

超过保修期的产品或不在保修范围内的产品，如需维修，公司不收维修费，仅按工厂规定收取零配件费用，在更换时提前告知用户，并得到用户确认才收取，运费由买家承担。

所以保修或返修商品均统一返回工厂维修，工厂修好统一返回给我们，正常周期约7-10个工作日，请理解。我们会在第一时间返回给您。

Shipping Time:

Normally it takes less than 3-4 days for us to process and ship out your order. Usually it takes no more than 20 working days for the delivery by Air Mail and no more than 7 working days by Express. We are sorry that we do not provide overnight shipping currently.
